Cancellation Policy – Hotel Wild Wood
Hotel Wild Wood understands that travel plans may change unexpectedly. This cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness for both guests and the hotel.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation according to the following terms:
- Cancellation made 7 days or more before the check-in date will be eligible for a 75% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellation made between 7 days and 72 hours before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellation made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in date will be non-refundable.
Refund eligibility applies only to confirmed bookings where payment has been received.
2. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation or notification, the reservation will be treated as a No-Show.
In such cases, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.
3. Early Departure
If a guest chooses to check out before the confirmed departure date, the remaining unused nights will not be refunded.
Guests are encouraged to confirm their travel plans before making a reservation.
4. Modification of Reservation
Guests may request changes to their booking dates or room type subject to availability.
Price differences may apply depending on the new travel dates or room category selected.
Reservation modifications must be requested in advance and approved by hotel management.
5. Peak Season and Special Events
During peak seasons, long weekends, holidays, and special events, cancellation policies may differ.
Special booking conditions may apply and will be communicated at the time of reservation.
6. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the original transaction whenever possible.
Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
